Jayden Atkins completed his Bachelors and Master’s Degree in Osteopathy at Victoria University. Whilst studying he was working with the Gembrook-Cockatoo Football Netball Club as a sports trainer, where his interest of managing sports injuries with manual therapy was put into practise. Here he also began developing individual rehabilitation plans to get players back to their best. Since working as an Osteopath, he has taken this knowledge to the next step, helping individuals of all ages and backgrounds overcome their pain through manual therapy, movement and general health advice.
Jayden can treat injuries relating to the spine and peripheral limbs. His focus is to work with you to achieve your desired goals together.
Fiona Miller is well known for being a Health and Wellness Warrior for over 30 years. She prioritizes Nutrition and Fitness in her Everyday Life. Fiona holds qualifications in Massage Therapy, Yoga Teaching and even has an Undergraduate Psychology Degree. Fiona’s passion is for Yoga, Wholefood Cooking and Family Holidays. She is addicted to Chocolate and cannot pass 3pm without a 85% Dark Chocolate Treat.
Fiona lives locally with her Amazing Husband Phil and Two Wonderful Sons, Harrison (Age 22) and Deakin (Age 20).
As an Ex Army and Full Time Professional Firefighter who suffered PTSD, she devotes her time to Sharing with others the Gift of Self Care. Both of the Body and of the Mind.
Fiona offers Massage Therapy and Teaches Yoga, thus continuing her Passion to Serve.
Shantelle joined our team in 2023 as a part time allied health assistant, she
worked hard to become full time and is also our clinic manager.
Shantelle is currently instructing the following classes
– Reformer Pilates
– Seniors Strength and Conditioning
– Cancer Rehab
1:1 Exercise Rehab Sessions are also available

Merylee joined our team in April 2016 as a casual receptionist and worked hard
to become our full-time clinic manager in 2017.
Merylee is a jack of many trades from our operations manager, receptionist,
therapy assistant and Pilates instructor.
You will mainly see Merylee on our reception desk to greet you. She can help
you with all your enquiries from booking your appointments & taking your
payments to sorting out which group class would be the best fit for you or
sorting out any outstanding accounts you may have. If you have any feedback or
questions about our team, she is the one to ask.
You will see Merylee in the gym when she is instructing the following classes.
– Reformer Pilates
– Stretch ‘n’ flex
– Cancer Rehab
– Seniors Strength + Conditioning
You may also see her the gym as one of our therapy assistants. Merylee can see
clients for a 1:1 exercise sessions with a physiotherapy exercise plan for NDIS
and private clients.

In her free time, you will find Merylee in a Yoga studio, her veggie garden or out
exploring our amazing Gippsland. She enjoys camping, 4-wheel-driving and
would prefer to be relaxing by a river or lake than at a beach. However,
wherever water is Merylee is planning her next adventure.
