Kat completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Monash University in 2017. Since completing her degree she has been working in the hospital setting gaining experience  assessing and treating musculoskeletal, neurological and cardiothoracic conditions, and has recently begun private practice physiotherapy.
Kat has a long background in competitive dance and cheerleading as both a participant and coach, which sparked an interest in treating musculoskeletal pain and sporting injuries.
