Our Dietitian Lizzie from Eat.Nourish.Glow is changing her days from Tuesdays to Wednesdays as of July 13th 2016.
Lizzie will be alternating every second week between 9:00am – 1:30pm and 2pm – 7pm to try to suit your availability.
Lizzie is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Nutritionist who works under the principles of Health at Every Size
and the Non-Diet Approach
. Together, these paradigms work towards a common goal of wellbeing rather than weight loss.
Lizzie is passionate about helping people to reconnect with their bodies and nurture a healthy relationship with food.
