About Seniors Fitness Class:

Seniors Strength and Conditioning is a general fitness class incorporating chair exercise, light cardio, light weights and balance to maintain the lifestyle of senior citizens.

The goal is to improve:
– General health & wellbeing
– Balance
– Bone and muscle strength
– Socialisation
– and prevent physical age related declines.

Classes are be suitable for both men and women, and are led by a physiotherapist. Also suitable for DVA patients. 45 minutes in duration.

Cost:

Our seniors classes cost $15 per class on a casual basis. The classes run all through the year (except for some exceptions). Prior to taking part in the class you are asked to attend a pre-screening assessment with a physiotherapist to ensure your safety and so that we can provide best direction for all exercise. This consult is $30 and can be covered by private health insurance.
