About:
Seniors Strength and Conditioning is a general fitness class incorporating chair exercise, light cardio, light weights and balance to maintain the lifestyle of senior citizens.
The goal is to improve:
* General health & wellbeing
* Balance
* Bone and muscle strength
* Socialisation
* Prevent physical age related declines
Classes are be suitable for both men and women, and are led by a physiotherapist. Also suitable for DVA patients.
Duration:
45 minutes
Cost:
$15 per class. (sold as a 5 class pass 5 x $15.00 = $75.00)
Terms & Conditions:
Our Seniors classes run all through the year (except for some exceptions). Prior to taking part in the class you are asked to attend a pre-screening assessment with a physiotherapist to ensure your safety and so that we can provide best direction for all exercise.
